01General Terms & Introduction

03Age Verification & Eligibility

Ll89 strictly prohibits underage gambling. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

• Providing false information about your age is a criminal offence and will result in permanent account closure.
• Ll89 may request a government-issued ID for age verification at any time if there is cause for suspicion.
• If an underage user's account is identified, all transactions will be voided and any deposited funds will be forfeited rather than returned.
• Parents and guardians are urged to ensure that minors do not access or use this site.

04Deposit Policy & Payment Methods

Ll89 accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits must be made from your own payment account — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• No additional charges are applied to deposits — however, your bank or MFS provider may apply their own fees.
• Failed deposits are refunded within 24 hours; if there is a delay, please contact support.
• Ll89 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or unusual deposits.

05Withdrawal Policy & Process

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing funds from ll89. Withdrawals will be delayed without verification. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 12 to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳300 BDT.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after meeting the specified wagering requirements.
• If unusual betting patterns are identified, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold pending an investigation.
• The maximum withdrawal limit per calendar day is ৳1,00,000 BDT (different limits apply for VIP members).

06Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

Ll89's bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and maximum withdrawal limit. Please read the relevant terms before accepting any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: Applies to the first deposit only; withdrawals are not permitted until wagering requirements have been met.

• Cashback: Paid at a set rate on net losses; withdrawable directly.
• Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts or devices is not permitted.

07Betting & Gaming Rules

• Bets cannot be cancelled once placed (a Cash Out option may be available in select cases).
• Ll89 reserves the right to void any bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds.
• Placing bets using match fixing or inside information in Sports Betting is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a dispute over game results, ll89's system logs shall serve as the final and definitive record.
• Placing bets on opposing sides of the same match (arbitrage betting) is prohibited when using bonuses.

08Account Closure & Suspension

Ll89 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account, without prior notice, for any reason — particularly in cases of rule violations.

• You may request to close your account at any time — simply contact our support team.
• Any balance remaining at the time of account closure (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.
• Account balances will not be refunded if an account is closed due to fraud or prohibited activity.
• You may request to reopen a closed account — ll89 will make a decision after completing its review.

09Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited at ll89 and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting system bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other users.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the company's systems.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts.
